Erik will begin with an analysis of the New Mexico PV grid-tie rules (PRC Rules 570, 571, 572) and PNM incentive programs (Net Metering, PNM REC purchase). He will show that different interpretations exist for these rules. He will also show a relative value analysis between a local grid-tie system (New Mexico/PNM territory) and the same system in Germany, France, Spain, Italy, and Ontario.

Mike LaVine is the owner/contractor of All Star Electric Company. Erik Hawkes is an independent analyst working for All Star Electric Company. He holds a B.S. degree in Finance from the University of Florida and is an expert financial market forecaster.
