The Vermont Independence Convention, sponsored by The Second Vermont Republic, was held at the VT Statehouse in Montpelier on Friday.

Attendees discussed the possibility of VT seceding from the USA and forming its own republic.

@odin714- Fuck you. Vermont can and will manage perfectly well on its own. Sure, they wouldn't have 'federal help' that all states *so* clearly cannot survive without, but the backbreaking taxes wouldn't be there either.
