It's the idea of antagonistic pleiotrophy. The idea is that if there is ever a trade-off between "health" or "beauty" and REPRODUCTIVE SUCCESS, what we tend to see is evolution side to a great extent with REPRODUCTIVE SUCCESS.
That is a very profound concept, and with time and reading about it I think that it's mostly correct. In fact I think that Dr.Nesse is more correct that Dawkins and his cadre in this
