Bill Maher is so great at making Christians look like stupid idiots. Sadly, this is all he can do. He never offers any intelligent argument nor gives any valid reasons for his position. He simply retreats to making fun of Christians.

No matter how you explain it, according to Bible, human race was born out of incest. Twice. Adam and Eve's children had to breed to keep the humans in line and Noah's family as the only surviving human group had to get it on to keep the humanity going as well.
