Notice that at 2:17, Cheech says "I', but in the film, it was "We" instead of "I". I'm guessing this is from an early take of that scene.

@Johnlindsey289 Yeah, i saw the re-issue in theaters as well and i always wondered why it took so freakin long for it to come out on video and was very glad when it finally did.

Roscoe Lee Browne was also on Magnificent Seven. Marin got his wish for a movie his kids could watch and when he said everyday i bet he got a bootleg of this movie since it was never released on video the next year cause i wanted it and would ask my city's video stores if it will come on video and they didn't know, took 7 years to come to video. Did you see the re-issue as well? i also bought it on video first day as it was about time it came on video and added it to my collection

@Johnlindsey289 I caught the 19996 re release. Because I was only 4 months old when it first came out. Born in July that year

Did you ever see this movie when it came out in theaters in November/December 1988? i did at 7 about three times (Before thanksgiving, 4 days after thanksgiving and finally after Christmas day) and i had the merchandise such as soundtrack on tape, a readalong book with cassette, Mcdonalds finger puppets, PJs, coloring books, Christmas Tree Ornuments of Oliver/Dodger, etc. but too bad it never came on video the next year . I also saw Great Mouse Detective when it came out in 1986

Great movie! This was aired back when the Disney Channel was still awesome. Cheech Marin was so hilarious as Tito.

Oh man this was back when Disney Channel ruled the 80's and 90's as i am a kid of those times. I remembered this featurette on Disney Channel when it aired, i also remembered when i was 7 years old when O&C hit theaters when it came out and saw it three times with my third time being after christmas and had nearly all the O&C merchandise including Mcdonalds finger puppets. Fun movie.

That's one sick monkey
I don't think the Disney Channel would ever air footage of Cheech Marin wearing a hat that says "No cerveza No trabajo," which is Spanish for "no beer, no work!" today, given that it's a channel for kids. It's amazing how standards have changed! Is that for the better or for the worse?
