A Rod like UFO appears from the top left corner and streaks diagonally towards the sunset glow. I have no idea of size and speed of this object but it only takes it 16 frames to cross field of view...You decide..

  • Look like two bugs.

  • 100stacks1,

that could be due to video artifacts created by youtube video compression but when I look at the uncompressed video the rod is very clear, I'll try to upload a higher res version..

  • jrhager84,

I agree, it's too fast, this object cover the field of view in 16 frames or roughly one 1/2 second,(camera shooting 30 jpeg fps). Upon reviewing the uncompressed video and going back to the location, I estimated the distance from where object appeared till it disappeared to be approx a 1/2 a mile, so people can do the math about how fast it was moving...

  • great catch sir... you know how long is this? thank you for your response

  • its a dragonfly

  • Yup, this is a flying rod, amazing footage. UFO's are real, take a look at orionifo's channel, he has hundreds of UFO videos!

  • you should watch the documentery on these things they got the worlds best dragonfly expert they zoomed in on it with perfect resolution and it didnt look like anything ever recorded.

  • I saw one video similar. If you actually set your camcorder to infra red mode just before a daytime lightning storm and focus it on the edge of the clouds (cumulus) you should be able to see some weird stuff. If you really slow it down notice the angle is pointing to the sky and the trees are about 4 meters high and the rod thing goes above the trees. At that calculation the rod is going about over 4000 miles per hour.

  • dragonflies. Its very obviouse.

dragonflies fly that fast, no problem.

  • I thought they were bugs too, but how could a bug travel that fast? I'm undecided...
