Pilot error to blame for Polish plane crash that killed president Kaczynski

The Polish investigation into the plane crash which killed President Kaczynski and many of the country's top officials has ruled pilot error was to blame. The head of the investigation commission said the plane's black boxes showed the crew ignored all signals from the automatic warning system.

People in Poland often say that "Polish pilots are the best in the world" -- Where's the "evidence" to back up that statement? :) Anyway, your conspiracy theories are hard to believe, not the video - Just accept the fact that pilots do make mistakes.

This is absolute rubbish. Please do not believe those 'experts'! This is RUSSIAN investigation. They used to lie, lie and lie again - that's all they're good at. The Captain was very good and experienced, he left a beautiful wife and 2 children: 7 years old boy and 3.5 years old girl. He wasn't a suicider! The fog + the air traffic control + russian plane + maybe the pressure to land = that was what killed all 96 people! Please do not believe this video. Thanks
