The most striking thing about this arrangement is that Mary refuses to let Joan to overpower her. It's rare to hear someone duet with Joan and have to same volume. I listen to this on repeat often.

Thank you for posting this. Oh what I missed being born too late. I grew up with my parents playing both of these ladies. When Mary died I truly felt I lost a family member though I never meant her. My eyes are welling now as I write this. I just know wherever Mary is she's young and beautiful again waiting to sing her friends home.
