In the mid 80s a Essex County Council promotional video was made to get people to move to S.W.F!! it had a terrible song with a girl group singing S.W.F over and over...I hoped this was it. Would love it if someone could find that

You forgot one of the fields I think. Plus the amount of takeaways, hair dressers & pubs, other than that you got ASDA & the fields covered.
SWF: full of alleyways leading to a road from an alleyway, directing you to another road or alleyway.
It also has many factories within it's few industrial estates don't forget those.
Church wall is pretty legendary too!
