Hahah, that's some awesome cooking. When my mom cooked Papa A La Huancaina she'd toss a few saltine crackers in the mix to give the sauce a bit more texture. Next time ask your mom for some LUCUMA ICE-CREAM lol I remember growing up as a kid and always getting Lucuma as my flavore of choice. I actually think chocolate, vanilla and strawberry flavors are shunned by Lucuma back in "Peruvia" =D

OMG! I would die to try a plate! So do you speak spanish? We always have beans and rice in my house.

I guess you could say I speak it. I can get by, but my Spanish is not consistent. Sometimes I speak well, then other times I stumble over the words.
Beans and rice are awesome! I'm trying to eat more beans lately.
