When sitting/sorting stuff, repeat these words: "Free your self!" Even when not sorting, repeat those words and this will help to reprogram your mind. Little of the stuff you showed will help you live a better life. Pick up each item and ask yourself, "Will this item help me to have a better life or reach my goals? No need to trash items, just leave the items in ramdom indoor places on campus and someone will claim/enjoy them. Everytime you will do it, you will feel better! then celebrate

I became a packrat inside of my car and I solved it like this:
First u must clean it, I know it's scary but
the key is to keep a huge trashbag next to where u are sitting, I hid mine where it couldn't be seen and I left it always open so whenever I had something i didn't need I could just thoughtlessly toss it in - after one month or so I looked down to see that the bag was absolutely full, I took it to the dump and tossed it. (repeat)

Actaully, that is a really good idea! I should tell my mom about it...since her van...is always messy. I should also try this with my bedroom though, buy myself a big garbage can or something....it might help me out in the long run heh:D
