Idaho Dad Acquitted in Girl's Hypothermia Death

A jury deliberated for about 2 hours before deciding that Robert Aragon should be acquitted on charges in connection with his daughter's death. The girl died of hypothermia after walking several miles in frigid weather last Christmas. (Oct. 9)

I think this man was not thinking straight due to hypothermia himself.He told the children to stay together and they didn't.The mom was suppose to pick them up halfway and didn't and why did it take her so long to call him and let him know they weren't there.I think this was a very fair outcome.
