I GOT A BETTER WAY. go to the arcane university and create a spell that damages health 1 point on self; cast it multiple times next to that statue and refill yo magicka when needed. Note: don't kill yourself, it isn't too wise.

yes that is a better way but some people dont have that so i just showed this plus you can just dupe some potion of sorcery and just use it with your technique and make some health ones

look in your quest menu and it should be under the thing having to do with frostcrag spire you have to buy the furniture for the place

easiest way do what the guy said ontop but use the glitch to make stat effects from magick rings and armor on and get up the stat that increases your restore magicka speed and your willpower will go up realy quick

Just cast drain health on yourself (hitting less than your total hit points)over and over, not hard. Wont kill you and you can do it forever.
