The guy is the well known elf Legolas.

@ZuesaBishop If you would have read what I wrote beneath the video you would have read that: "This is just a little fanvideo for my fanfiction!" So, in fact, yes her name IS Caiswyn. Since this is a fantrailer for my fanfiction for which I have used Arya to act as Caiswyn ;)
