To solve this short-term:
Put them in a crate or separate room.
To solve this long-term:
Reward them for being quiet and work on other behavior problems like biting or slobbering without people there.

this is an obvious reaction for some dogs i guess. when your owner is not there to teach you that you can't chew on it, the dog will chew on it. i guess that the owner is out alot, and when she is, the dog thinks well i got nothing to do, so ill chew on this, because i think its fun, and dogs generally think it is fun to chew on things. a dog should be allowed to chew on things, but you shuld be able to control it, and the dog shuld let go whenever you tell him to let go

Why have 2 big dogs in such a small space? No wonder they wreck things.

I really have no idea whatsoever what it's called, but it's sap is poisonous, and a weak acid. Touching the leaves for long periods of time isnt such a good idea either =P

its the fault, and in your case its your moms fault
The plant at 1:12 - behind her, is highly poisonous, not a good idea to have one of them when keeping dogs =)

I'm surprised she doesn't put them in a cage when she goes out.
