yep "It was a Japanese-Dutch co-production based on a Dutch comic strip "Ox Tales" created by Wil Raymakers and Thijs Wilms.". Yea its really funny. But the voices on the dutch show fit the characters much much better. The ox is this slow low voice, and the turtle is actually a girl that talks slow-ish too

Like the opening theme of Disney's Ducktales, the Dutch version of the song is so much better!
