Part II. Columban missionary father Bill Morton points out the connections between developers on the Mexican side with those on the U.S. side. "We know they talk to each other. We're just asking them to use their influence to stop the violence," he tells Doña Ana county commissioner Bill McCamley, who has received more than $12,000 in campaign contributions from the Verde Group. Although the Verde Group denies having any business connections in the binational development projects they own millions square feet for development projects and industrial parks in Ciudad Juárez alone. They also own thousands of acres in Santa Teresa and Sunland Park New Mexico which will hook up to the binational projects of the Grupo Zaragoza, responsible for human rights violations in Lomas del Poleo.
