at 0:14 the ball's on the other man who is going to pass it to henry.
at this moment, henry is almost one step behind of the turkish deffender, alpay.
AFTER the attacking player passes the ball, alpay is jumping and making henry, not in offside anymore.
and that's why the refferee (and you apparently) made a mistake by not flagging that one out.
