@xErnieElsFanx My driving is actually decent, but I am a 12 HDCP so I'm not claiming to be showing people how to swing the club, just posting my progress. I drive the ball fairly consistently about 230-250 but there's no lag in that swing.

at :10, your clubface is wide open. But, you're path is sufficiently from the inside. At impact, you have minimal lower body rotation, but you release nicely so I'm guessing you tend to hook the ball. I would have you strengthen the left hand grip a bit (turn your left hand to the right a little so the thumb is on the right side of the shaft). Then I'd have you work on rotating your lower body earlier in the downswing. That will stabilize the clubface and reduce your tendency to hook it.

@earthshine2k thank for the analysis, I totally agree. My biggest focus right now is on my posture so that I can make a proper shoulder turn, so that I can fire the lower body and let the shoulders unwind afterward. Right now everything fires at the same time because there's no real upper body rotation. The only way to make this swing work is to come way from the inside with the arms and flip the hands hard at impact, which is why I have a fairly weak grip.

@golfprogress you have to stand up through impact because you don't rotate your lower body. working on your rotation will help you maintain your spine angle / posture. you don't really give a true face on angle, but I'll bet you're not getting behind the ball at the top, either. Shoulder turn is decent, but I can't tell if you have sufficient 'secondary' spine tilt at address. Send me a good 'face on' video and a 'down the line' clip as well. I'll post a video analysis for you.

@earthshine2k Thanks for the comments, I'll upload more video soon including the face on angle.
