There are many ways to invoke dance. Were All On A Journey demonstrates this veritably with an entrancing original track by Jay Leblone and four divergent but equally effective remixes by Jay himself, Scope, Master-H and Stephen Lopkin, all employing differing approaches to limb stimulation. Following on suitably from his previous release, Alma, Jays drawn trumps again with an exemplary piece of deep, transfixing house music.
Jay Leblone hails from Brazil, lives in Spain, and used to live in Scotland. Under the guise of Aqua Bassino he recorded two albums and an array of 12" EP's for Laurent Garnier's F Communications label, showcasing his jazzier side. Were All On A Journey follows his previous release on Urban Torque, Alma, which included a remix from Francois DuBois.
