WARNING: If the IDEA of giving up wheat makes you feel depressed, angry, defensive, argumentative, like you can't even IMAGINE such blasphemy, or nervous, you are probably physically ADDICTED to/INTOLERANT of wheat...if you're not, then PROVE it. Try eliminating it from your diet for 2-3 weeks.
Wheat is devoid of nutrients anyway, so you won't be in any danger by eliminating it.... I promise ;)
ps. If you maintain a low body fat percentage while eating wheat, then go ahead and knock yourself out. Scarf down as much wheat as you feel like, take bubble baths while you eat wheat, eat bagels by the dozen, do whatever you want :)
