  • HP IS HORRIBLE!!! I bought an HP external hard drive 1TB paid close to $200 I wanted my data to be safe and it completely failed. When I try to access some files they show an error and im unable to open. I was able to open before I contacted HP, they basically told me "Sorry, Your problem not Ours" I have lost many files dear to me, my baby birthday pics, my kids holiday pics... The drive that was supposed to save these things has malfunctioned, and the comany refuses to help in any way.
