Seems like this is very labor intensive. Maybe all the labor will offset the savings from the hemp. Also, seems like you guys have to double process the material.
How much material can be put up in a day? How much insulation (R-Value) is this hemp product?

that red machine takes too long for so little ... at that rate, a house would take too long to finish

Nothing like watching amateurs much up a perfectly good process. The whole rototiller aspect is ridiculous and completely unnecessary.
If the materials are dry mixed, then is can be properly mixed as a batch.
