That lady that said elevators are 4 people with strollers reminded me of this lady on one of the elevators at queens center. She said the same thing and also called everyone on the elevator b**ches and idiots.

I know this is a late comment, but, it's the same case with TK here in Australia. They tried to fix a Schindler escalator and one of their elevators at Liverpool Station (SW Sydney), but they fuddled around and the elevator and escalator are still in the same or worse condition than before.
@PinePowerLI Westfield are very relaxed about videos here in Australia. In fact, they showed an interest in what I was filming, and were like "Yeah, go for it. There's nothing wrong with filming here" YAY :)

TK must repair these all the time buuuuuut they STILL don't fix the indicator, the lights above the door, or any of the broken buttons. Why am i not surprised?

I plan on taking vids at RF pretty soon. I'll have to be careful - i may decide to just avoid the Dover food court lifts.

One time about 5 years ago a guard told me I needed permission at GSP, but when I went to the mall office they told me the guard shouldn't have bothered me and that I didn't need permission.
For the most part Westfield is a much better company compared to Simon. I think they dont hassle ppl as much because they want to have friendly customer service. Simon is shortsighted, because when they bother ppl taking pictures, those customers may decide to shop somewhere with a friendlier atmosphere.

They are unnecessarily high on security. Westfield is a little more lax - I just took videos at Westfield GSP and the security guards said nothing. I even nearly took a pic in front of one.
