For some apparent reason when i upgrade it I don't get the upgraded units

how do you get upgraded units and different buildings besides the regular ones? i also upgrqde and dont know how to get them.... help?

I don't know why when I upgrade to tech 3 I don't have any more upgrades, anybody knows why?

I love this game! Its like Total Annihilation and Command and Conquer put together (but twice as good)

do you know how to create the mega units for the ipod version of this game.. because ive created all the spec mines on the crystals but when i go to the mega section theres nothing there, all there is the nuke launcher witch dosent even work for me also. can you tell me if im missing something, and if you dont know then its okay im just asking because i google but nothing comes up to help me :(
