  • Acidophilic pituitary adenomas are likely to secrete prolactin producing galactorrhea or growth hormone causing gigantism as the professor says

    Basophilic adenomas other hand are likely to secrete TSH, ACTH, FSH, LH & cause problems like hyperthyroidism , Cushing's disease etc
