A hot chili eating competition that takes place every year at the El Pelon Taqueria in the Fenway area of Boston. Contestants consume up to fifty hot chilies without ever taking a drink!
@cj1351 ... absolutely mate. The Viper chilli you mention ... is that the new Trinidad Viper I've been hearing a lot about recently? Some crazy variant on the Bhut I think? Doesn't seem to be many importers bringing them over to the UK as of yet but here's hoping ;-)
Sorry to say but with no inclusion of the Indian Naga or Bhut Jolokia, this isn't a true test!!! Habaneros - oh dear .... scotch bonnet and thai are hot but nothing compares to the Naga's
