Hey Jimmy, i joined your facebook fan page. I have a question tho. I just can't seem to really gain muscle, im eating about 100grams of proteine a day (i weigh 70kg atm) sometimes i eat kinda dirty (like kebab, mcdonalds) etc but i just cant seem to gain muscle OR gain fat. I'm aiming at about 3000kcal a day, i should be gaining on that seeing my BMR is about 1700kcal. Is this a matter of training harder and eat even more?! Im afraid of gaining too much fat, my FP is about 12% now. Thanks!
