http://www.LovingHairNaturally.com - conditioning treatment, homemade, moisturizes and helps define your curls. I use it at least every 2 weeks. Do this treatment and shampoo, your hair will be soft and ready for your style of choice. I go right to my two strand twist after I have shampooed the deep conditioning treatment from my hair.

Your hair should be dry so it will absorb the products...

I melt my coconut oil in microwave, then add other items. I then put the bowl(with all ingredients) back in microwave for about 15 seconds to get it warm(if you do it to long it will be to runny). Be sure to stir it up... Then just apply to the hair(section and apply from root to ends) and cover with cap. Either sit under the dryer any where from 10 -15 min. or you can use no dryer and let it sit on the hair with the cap(should be for at least one hour ). You can leave on longer, if you like. I have even slept in mine once. Whatever you decide, then wash it out with your fav. shampoo.

1 1/2 cup of of favorite creamy conditioner(I love Sauve- Tropical Coconut)
2 tablespoon olive oil
3 drops peppermint oil
1 tablespoon of honey
2 teaspoons of coconut oil,
1 table spoon of mayo

  • I have over 29 videos, so you have to scroll down to find the one titled homemade deep conditioning trm. God bless

  • The recipe helps get my hair ready for my twist out style...makes it shine and helps my curls be more defined. I have never noticed any water in my cap but when you have on the cap and you are under the dryer the heat could create moisture which could lead to drips of water... I'll pay more attention next time deep condition and tell you if I noticed any...

  • One more question. Does using the suave condish and then going under the dryer leave water in your cap?
