vc pressiona o boton de desligar ele desligara e dps vc bota ou o secador,ventilador ou o ar conticionado e fica durante 10 min ou 20 min e dps liga se for normalmente seu problema e a temperatura do ps3 ta esquentando mt se não funcionar eu não sei o q fazer !

right i know what the problem with this console is, it is a GPU failiure where its GPU has dismounted from the mother board and the soldering that held it on has melted slightly, you need to open it up get to the gpu and resolder the gpu backinto place propperly, it will look normal when u open it but trust me, ITS NOT!
