Back up Your Cydia Apps iPhone/iPod using AptBackup. Use this app to backup all of your apps from cydia to be backed up when you sync it with iTunes. Once the iPhone has been restored you just re-download aptbackup and click restore.

Step-By-Step Tutorial:

1)Go into Cydia
2)Search aptbackup
3)Download
4)Go to homepage and click on aptbackup
5)To backup ur cydia installed apps click 'backup'
6)To save the backup to ur pc/mac, sync with itunes to backup
7)Restore
8)Restore Backup of previously sync'd iphone/ipod
9)Re-Jailbreak
10)Go back onto cydia
11)Redownload aptbackup
12)Go onto aptbackup and click 'restore' to restore all of ur cydia apps with 1 click
