anyone know what kind of bodhran that john joe plays? I love that deep low end... i want that sound!

Sarah told me after a show that she does this because when she plays the lower (bigger) flute, she has to stand that way so that she's better balanced - so the weight of the longer flute doesn't force her to lean down towards the ground so much.

I was thinking that carlos Nunez was the only one to have some funny habits while playing, but the flute player is quite good at it as well, when she plays standing on one foot :p I surely would not be able to play in that position. Thanks for posting the Flook vids!
