    I've found that hard ice gives quite a lot of wear to the hull-caps. Have you experienced this ? It seems that just some snowflakes on the ice makes a big difference. I was flying last weekend from lakeice with water on the ice, but as long as the ship floats it's no sweat. Nice clips !

  • this is the first winter on the 1450s. I had a set of 2250 on a pacer and used them alot in the winter. I never damaged the hulls on the ice.

  • AKFlyer-- That is certainly some beautiful countryside....

  • come on up and play... working on the new engine install package. Should be an animal if I can pull it off.

  • Good to know as it really gives better utilization of the airplane.. You've got some scenery there - much like my own homecountry (Norway)
