It says on the site that using vesion 4.26 with XP/Vista/Seven is not recommended,
but it worked perfectly fine on XP for me, and on Vista, the only thing missing is the "help" window.
(Which I'm sure you can look up somewhere else.)

Or just get a later version. Or a completelly different audio editing software. It's up to you.
