  • I have always seen this type of circular dance as a means of keeping warm as there was usually a great fire in the middle of the circle !! Interestingly nearly always anti-clockwise movement.

  • Meaning the Muscogee Creek, Seminoles, Choctaws, Cherokee, and Chickasaws.

  • Natives of the southeastern U.S. are still part of t the native americans that never surrendered to the U.S. government.
