  • well i ride bmx and i use a carbon fiber helmet mostly but i think it be nice to have dot aproved practice helmet that looks sick. i dont think it will crack but my carbonfiber sixsix one has more chance of splitting and i use that the most

  • If you just want to practice painting go ahead and use some kind of filler to smooth out the lumps but if your going to wear the helmet for protection from a crash, get a new helmet, any helmet that's been in a crash should be replaced. IMO

  • nice im trying to get my set up to start learning this trying to airbrush a used helmet ive had for at least three years and 20 chrashes so its a little lumpy any advise i was thinking just alot of sand paper and bondo to smoth it out
