I'm machining my arm out of aluminium and thinking of buying a clear dome for display.Where do I buy that?Looked everywhere.Please help.

Hi man! Just a quick question! I just bought one of these guys off ebay and the arm came in it's box but seemed to be missing the clear dome and certificate of authenticity (the seller said it came with one). I have tried to find out if this arm originally came with a dome and a COA but I can't seem to find out any info. DCan you tell me if yours came with these items please? or do you know where I can buy a tube from? thanks! Jason.

LifeSized101, I ordered a cast acrylic tube 1 year ago for my endo arm, which is more expensive $200 AU but is crystal clear. Extruded-acrylic has extrusion wobbly lines through the plastic. the measurements that I made mine is 170mm (nominal diameter) 4mm thick 660mm high so that it will slide nicely over the display base. Can you tell me the height of your tube just to see if my guess was correct. I went with a unpolished stainless steel / clear top on the tube

It definitely looks a lot better with the aluminium base, as does the acrylic cover.
Is the arm itself Ali or polystone?
