@AshburnStadium I know- I feel so sad he's not here to see his incredible ride too. Just tonight seeing Howards's HR- wishing he was there to call it. Gone but not forgotten is sure an understatement. I'm 36 & like so many people, for six months of every year of my life, Harry's voice was always there, in the background. Hard to explain to a non-Philadelphian what he meant to us here. So glad he got to call 2008 WS, knew how much we adored him & now is permanent part of ballpark.

@neoprankster - We Phils fans were spoiled. We got to see Harry nearly every night from April to Sept. for 38+ seasons, and less frequently, in Oct. He finally got to call the Phils winning the WS the Oct. before he died on 4/13/2009. It's a shame we couldn't have had him for the incredible ride that the Phils have taken us on since then. From 2007-10, they have had 4 consecutive NL East titles, one WS win, one WS loss and one NLCS loss, not to mention their 5th consecutive title in '11.

I play this video whenever things aren't going too good for the Phillies (like now, we're losing 6-0 to the Mets in the bottom of the 4th).
