2008 was my first Burn. I went there to put my daughter's ashes on the Temple. She moved out into the Universe in 2007 when she was 20. We had always planned on going to Burning Man when she turned 21, so we did in our own way. Burning Man pulled me out of the deepest grief and pain I had ever experienced and brought me back to life. I cannot thank Burning Man and her children enough for that. 2008 will always be my favorite Burn, and I have gone every year since and will be going 2011.
