Hi
I need help please. I have installed the bb app world on my phone but it constantly tells me that I need to update my bb id and when I say download it gives me an error 8003 I have tried everything and it is still not working. Could you please help me? I am about to lose it with the BB App world.

Hi @kyliankay,
Once you have downloaded it, it should automatically appear in your downloads menu. If it hasn't it may be in your full list of applications. Make sure that when you bring up the full list you select 'show all' in case it is accidently hidden.
If you are still not able to find it, you may need to download it again.

Hi @kiss4bieber,
This may be happening if you are trying to log in with a default email address as opposed to a BlackBerry ID. You can set this up by visiting the BlackBerry website under the ID section.

HELP PLEASE? When i sign in on my phone to blackberry app world it always says error, please try again later. I tried my email and password on my friends bb app world and it worked but never works on my phone! HELP PLEASEE!?!?!?!

It will use a little bit of data to download it but the actual App itself is free. :)
