Founder and owner of luxury touring company Melbourne Private Tours, Susan is a passionate local Melburnian and Australian, though her passion to travel has taken her to all corners of the globe.

Having lived in Barcelona and traipsed every corner of Spain her dream has always been to launch a Spanish culinary experience and introduce people to the things she loves about this tantalising nation. She very probably was Spanish in a past life!

Teaming up with renowned wine enthusiast Umberto Vincenzo, Suze has realised her dream and her food and wine focused tours of Spain have been born.

For Suze, seeing is not enough. She also wants to get under the skin of a destination and deliver her guests the ultimate collection of dinner table bragging rights.
