3's Week
245X3, 280X3, 315X6 (Pretty sure this is a 6 rep PR but was going for 7)
Noticed that my upper back got a little bigger/thicker pretty sure is direct result of Pendlays and rep Deadlifts. Also started doing Neck Harness work these past few weeks..TIME TO GET YOKED BABY!1! lol
