  • @ThrowerX70 Yes - my doctor told me that. He also told me squatting is bad for your knees. The best exercises are tricep kickbacks and bench presses

  • Nice weight to handle however as already pointed out the range of motion did not aper to be 18 inches. Based on ratio's it would seem more like 6 inch range of motion. Again I am not taking anything away from the lift 895 is a shit load of weight at any range of motion lol

  • @csjs123 It is an 18 inch deadlift. It means the bar is 18 inches off the ground.
