This is the third of a three part segment on how to do basic character movement for a topdown shooter and how to do a parallax background in Unity
There were a few things I noticed as i was going over the code during the tutorial that made me think that I should create a tutorial on what to look for efficiency wise and where you remove bottlenecks. Also to cut down bloated code and make things clearer.
