i dont have a data plan, but i do have wi fi in my house. can i still use internet? also, is there a way to disable using internet unless i have wifi, because i dont want to accidentally access the internet without wifi and have it bill my account

Thanks for the review... the Pre looks interesting but something tells me I should wait for the new Bell network to arrive before making premature decisions!
