I worked at a pizza booth at a local sports arena when I was 13-14. It was my first job. I loved getting paid and such, but I would get tons old drunk guys leaning waaaayy into my face, flirting with me (I was a freaking CHILD) and giving me generous tips for saving their cups of beer as they went outside for a cigarette, all the while looking down my pretty much empty shirt. These encounters left me far more greasy- feeling than the cheap pizza I was selling.

I worked at Dairy Queen.. Fuckin' fast food. It's miserable. People think just because you have a fast food job, you must be a moron. They yell, they're dicks. They throw shit at you. They get pissed at the cashier over the fuckin' prices.. as if I control that.

Not to mention my manager was a complete asshole who tried to fire me for going to class instead of work (I was in high school. Illegal much?)

my first job was at a dry cleaners. i worked there for 3 years and regularly handled perchloroethylene or "perk" as we called it. i just recently found out that this is an extremely toxic chemical and has been linked to lung disease/cancer and impotence in men. my brother is still working there after 6 years and is trying to have a baby with his wife. the moral of the story is dont be around that shit if you wanna live or have kids

My first job was paying $6 an hour, after awhile my boss decided I was a good employee and raised my pay to $10 an hour. But I'm super busy now so he hired my sister and I mainly work for his wife's online business for $10 an hour and fill in for my sister occasionally ;)
