Nice! You can actually save time at the chamber at 2 mins by airwalking over to the platform. After you get to the end of the rat infested hallway you don't jump into the water but instead use the ledge behind you to preform the air walk.

how did you do the jump onto the top of the sphinx arm and then through the door? i try and i try but i can't do it.

First, you need to get on the paw. You can perform a guns-roll glitch as in this video, or climb up around the area and drop on it, as in this...

Note: There is no need to do it as fast as he does. Take your time on the invisible ledge.
Now, to get through the door. Jump to the invisible ledge first. The ledge cuts off before the hole above the door, so move closer to the center and swan dive towards the center of the door.
