The Samosa machine capacity is about 2000pcs to 5,000pcs/per hour max , it can beat 20 workers in making Samosa both in capacity and quality rather than by hand.

Dumpling capacity 12,000pcs to 8,000pcs per hour with or without lace dumpling.
2.The samosa size is 12CM X 12CM X 12CM or 6.5cm x 6.5xm x 6.5cm (cocktail samosa) by changing the tools (samosa form moulds) one mould is free, the extra mould is USD900/set or pound460.
3.The weight of individual samosa is 80g/pce to 50g/pce more or less for 12x12x12cm size, or 30g to 20g/pce for 6.5x6.5x6.5cm size .
all samosa and dumpling moulds speed, wrapping pastry thickness and samosa filling stuffing quantity are adjustable by PLC screen computer panel .
it can also make spring roll or dumpling with lace or without lace by changing mould too .
The Raviolli dumpling capacity is 8,000 to 12,000pcs per hour

i am planning to purchase such machine, but, my concern is about filling puff pastry products. Is this machine suitable for puff pastry? does it maintain the puffing effect due to the deforming of the layers in the hoper?
