Psalm 151 is found in Orthodox Septuagint, its when David slayed Goliath and its a symbol of Christs (who is small - in many peoples hearts) slaying the Anti Christ (who will be big/mighty on the Earth).

You are correct that Psalm 151 does not exist in the Protestant Bible. It does, however, exist in the Orthodox Bible. This chapter was outside the numbering of the Psalter, but written by David's own hand. It concerns the slaying of the Giant Goliath. God bless you beloved.
