Nothing to do with that. I like comfort, I pay for it. I feel more comfortable with an apple, the user experience is better for me. This is the same with any product. A good car is fun, it doesn't just bring you from A to B. A good website or store is nice to walk around in, it's not just for shopping. You don't have to notice it, it's there though. And MS thinks it's important to because otherwise they wouldn't had introduced the eyecandy in vista and now in win 7. My self esteem is quite fine.
